 BMW Group Global Leader Development Programme (Sales)



Division: Sales

Location: Beijing


You will have a key function in Sales department and work as an important interface between volume planning, regional sales, product and controlling to manage and steer local products resource towards dealers.


Your work will focus primarily on:

  • To ensure the accurate data analysis, planning and reporting for sales volume;

  • Responsible for local products resource management and steering;

  • To support the preparation of supply allocation to regions/ dealers, in terms of quota and Vehicle Distribution Center allocation;

  • To monitor and tracking the overachievement contributed by additional allocated resource;

  • To make the resource allocation proposal for the newly opened dealers.;

  • To support the preparation of full year dealer signed target as well as quarterly requirement setting.;

  • To maintain and update bi-weekly wholesale & retail report to regional colleagues.


You should have: 

  • A degree in Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Management or similar discipline with above-average grade;

  • At least six months of relevant work experience (e.g. internships, training, initial professional experience);

  • A maximum of 3 years professional working experience after graduation;

  • At least four months of relevant experience abroad (e.g. studies, practical experience, work & travel);

  • Personal commitment alongside or outside university;

  • Business-fluent language skills in the local language;

  • Fluent English as well as knowledge of another foreign language (preferably German);

  • Excellent skills on data analytics and related tools;

  • A sharp intellect;

  • Passion for BMW;

  • Initiative, personal accountability, willingness to change, team spirit and self-reflection;

  • Readiness for an international career.

Division: Sales Chanel Development

You will have a key function in Sales Chanel Development department, exploring BMW/MINI new sales and service channels covers full scope of future customer journey to get closer to the customers and meet customers' changing needs and behaviors.


Your work will focus primarily on:

  • Combine the cutting-edge technologies and forthcoming business trends, conduct market research to understand the worldwide practice from inside and outside of auto industry;

  • Supports new channel concept initiative and development, work cross-functionally in close collaboration with all involved business entities, business lines and departments;

  • Supports the pilot project implementation for new channel development jointly with business units and Regions.


You should have: 

  • A degree in Business Management, Consumer Marketing, e-Commercial or similar discipline with above-average grade;

  • At least six months of relevant work experience (e.g. internships, training, initial professional experience);

  • A maximum of 3 years professional working experience after graduation;

  • At least four months of relevant experience abroad (e.g. studies, practical experience, work & travel);

  • Personal commitment alongside or outside university;

  • Business-fluent language skills in the local language;

  • Fluent English as well as knowledge of another foreign language (preferably German);

  • Professional project management skills;

  • Strong analytical capability and conceptual thinking ability;

  • A sharp intellect;

  • Passion for BMW;
