北京海通国际知识产权研究院（简称“研究院”）是一家经北京市知识产权局批准设立的国际知识产权研究机构，主要致力于国际知识产权法律问题研究与咨询、海外知识产权风险防范、案件分析与论证、国际学术会议、组织培训与国际交流，尤其是中国企业“走出去”和“一带一路”中的国际知识产权保护。研究院由一批中国知识产权、法律和司法界知名专家共同发起和筹建，由中国知识产权法学研究会副会长、外交学院教授、最高人民法院民事审判庭第三庭原副庭长金克胜教授担纲并担任首席专家。

研究院为发展需要，现招聘知识产权专业人员6人，要求如下：

1、中国知名院校知识产权或科技法专业3人；

2、国外知名院校知识产权（法）专业3人；

3、外语优良，英文、德语、法语、日语不限；

4、应届毕业生、有工作经验均可；

5、硕士研究生以上优先；

Since beginning in 2014, our data advisory and technical analysis team has led the legal market in China for data-related legal work, including data privacy, data security, cross-border transfers, and technical data analysis.  After substantial media attention with the launch of the MWE China Data Center, the first law firm data center in China, the team has grown significantly and become the leaders in this new and exciting field.  Ideal candidates are innovators and entrepreneurs who are interested in shaping the future of the legal profession and exploring new ways that law firms and our clients can leverage data in the Information Age.

Requirements：

1、Graduate or undergraduate students in law school;

2、PRC Bar qualifiction is preferred;

3、Strong English, computer and technology skills;

4、The ability to learn quickly;

5、The ability to find solutions proactively and be independently motivated;

6、The drive to work under pressure;

7、Available to begin work immediately and continue through several months or even the entire school year.

We will offer orientation and intensive training for the right candidates as well as a subsidy of at least RMB200 per day. For the candidates whose performance is outstanding, we will offer a subsidy of up to RMB350 per day and include in our preference pool for future employees.
