In 2013, Sheryl Sandberg , the COO of Facebook, wrote her book "Lean In" to encourage females to take initiative in pursuing their own dreams, launching a gender equality movement that has spread around the world.

Lean In China is the Lean In platform for China. Its mission is to empower Chinese women to pursue their own self-defined goals and aspirations. It actively builds communities for women to thrive across China, promoting a culture of mentorship, leadership and mutual support. At present, there are 16 cities and 40 universities which have set up Lean In China communities.

2013年,谢丽尔•桑德伯格在《向前一步》(Lean In)一书中鼓励女性为自己的目标和追求积极进取，“向前一步”。

Lean In China是中国的Lean In组织。其目标是鼓舞中国职业女性与大学女生追求自我定义的目标与理想；通过在全国建立活跃社区支持女性的成长与发展，推广导师及互助文化，培养发展女性领导力。目前，中国十六个城市与四十个大学都成立了Lean In China 女性社区。

-  Guest speaker at UNICEF, Baidu, General Electric, Bloomberg, the British Council, the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, Singapore Management University and the World Academy for the Future of Women, and was filmed by BBC, Vice and CCTV in 2015

-  伦敦大学国王学院的法学学士学位

-  在伦敦，非洲和中东地区工作10年，2013年回到中国发展

At PIM's Model Foundation, an international team of young people interested in making a social impact learn about intelligent giving and decide how to best manage a $20,000 fund in order to support innovative social enterprises/NGOs across China.

Every Saturday and Sunday at 9pm, tune in for  "Model Foundation 2016 Impact Showcase" wechat series to learn about new models of social impact.
