教育机构扎堆变身幼儿园/City's Overfilled Kindergartens for Training Schools

学前教育培训、幼儿成长中心、亲子教育活动班……随着全面二孩政策加剧了入园难，大量幼儿培训机构开始承接其幼儿园的功能。

As Chinese families begin having their second children, kindergartens and daycare centers are struggling to keep upwith the growth in enrollment.

这些培训机构栖身于北京各大小区周边及写字楼底商，实际业务和正规全日制幼儿园相差无几，却并不符合全日制幼儿园的办学条件，存在安全隐患和教学纠纷。

Training organizations have seized on the opportunity to expand their business, offering classes similar to public kindergartens. But few such schools are qualified to safely supervise children.

位于亦庄大雄郁金香舍小区北门的一家学前教育机构，招牌名为“赛尔维斯教育中心”，既未标明营业范围，也未在招牌上显示出任何跟幼儿园有关的字样。据悉，早上8点左右，便陆续有家长带着孩子出现在该教育机构门口，为了孩子赶得上8点半的第一节外教英语课。

The Saierweisi Education Center Yujinxiangshe Community in Yizhuang was spotted leaving children unattended from when parents dropped them off at 8 am until their first class began at 8:30 am.

家长们匆忙把孩子送进去，接着赶去上班。

Parents usually returned to the center totake their children to lunch and dropped them off again.

几乎所有的孩子都在这里解决了午饭，同时也提供床铺供小孩午休。

Parents told Beijing Youth Daily reportersthat many children had lunch at the center. It also offered beds for the children to use after lunch and would board them until parents got off work.

赛尔维斯教育中心声称，只提供“学前教育机构”，而非“全日制幼儿园”。

A spokesperson for Saierweisi Education Center said it only provides pre-school education, not kindergarten.

而同样在大兴区的另外一家名为爱育幼童的学前教育机构，园址设在某商业中心二楼，招牌则悬挂在该建筑的外立面，不符合“独立园址”的要求。

Daxing District has many similar organizations that are not qualified to provide such services.

“独立园址”、“开辟沙地、嬉水池、种植园地”、“户外活动场地安全、人均绿地面积2.5平方米”、“光照充足”、“每班至少配两名老师和一名保育员”、“配备大型活动器械2～3件”……这是北京市对于全日制幼儿园办学资质的部分要求，而在记者实地走访的五家学前教育机构中，自然没有一家能够符合上述所有条件。

Schools which do not meet the minimumrequirements of offering an independent area, sand boxes, swimming pools, gardensand qualified teachers are still favored by parents frustrated with the limitedopenings in public school and its curriculum.

在培训机构，孩子们是可以接触到国际象棋、英语、数学和其他相关课程。

Children are generally left to play in public kindergartens. At training schools, children learn chess, English, mathand other subjects.
